Description
SeouLin Bioscience has been DNA/Silver Nano-Clusters (DNA/AgNC) based technique to detect miRNAs and named as a miQ. miQ miR-156a has been tested in buffer system to detect fluorescence of DNA/Silver Nano-Clusters (DNA/AgNC) based technique to detect miRNAs and named as a miQ. The fluorescence of a DNA/AgNC probe is promptly quenched in the presence of specific target miRNAs. Using DNA/AgNC probes, miQ can be simply used to detect the presence of target miRNA in an hour without the risk of radioactive isotopes. Furthermore, miQ is rapid, specific, sensitive and low-cost method to detect miRNA without amplifications or enzymatic steps, pre- or post modifications.
miQ is very powerful solution for analysis of targeted miRNA quantification.

Total experiment process takes within one hour
No radiation exposure in all steps
No amplifications or enzymatic steps, modifications
Can transform fluorescence to numerical value
