[New Product] miRNA Direct Detection Kit - miQ
| | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
쉽다!, 간편하다!, 빠르다!
효율적인 새로운 miRNA detection kit를 소개합니다.
| ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Description
SeouLin
Bioscience has been
DNA/Silver Nano-Clusters (DNA/AgNC) based technique to detect miRNAs and named as a miQ™. miQ™ miR-156a has been tested in buffer
system to detect fluorescence of DNA/Silver Nano-Clusters (DNA/AgNC) based technique to detect miRNAs and named as a miQ™. The fluorescence of a DNA/AgNC probe is promptly quenched in the presence of specific
target miRNAs. Using DNA/AgNC probes, miQ™ can be simply used to detect the presence of target miRNA in an hour without the risk of
radioactive isotopes. Furthermore, miQ™ is rapid, specific, sensitive and
low-cost method to detect miRNA without amplifications
or enzymatic steps, pre- or post
modifications.
miQ™ is very
powerful solution for analysis of targeted miRNA
quantification.

Total
experiment process takes within one hour
|
No radiation
exposure in all steps
|
No
amplifications or enzymatic steps, modifications
|
Can transform
fluorescence to numerical value
|
Very simple and easy
procedure
